Overview

Apex One Services LLC has secured multiple strategic mandates in the Sultanate of Oman
across healthcare supply, large-scale manpower deployment, and IT & digital
transformation services. These projects are aligned primarily with Military Medical Cities
and government-linked institutions under the Department of Defense. While certain
commercial and implementation terms are in the process of finalization, all projects. 


Outlined below are secured engagements.


1. Medical Equipment & Medical Consumables Supply (Secured)
• Indicative value of OMR 1 million to OMR 5 million initially, scalable up to OMR 10 million.
• Scope includes medical equipment, medical consumables, and associated healthcare
supplies as required by the institutions.


2. Healthcare Manpower Supply (Secured)
• Phased deployment of approximately 500 to 2,000 personnel.
• Categories include nurses, assistant nurses, medical assistants, doctors, medical
equipment technicians, and related healthcare and technical support staff.
• Execution through international recruitment coordination and phased onboarding to
Military Medical Cities and affiliated facilities.


3. IT, Cybersecurity & Digital Transformation (Secured)
• Secured IT mandates covering all six Military Medical Cities in Oman.
• Scope includes cybersecurity, software solutions, AI integration, digital infrastructure
optimization, and IT operations support.
• Commercial, technical, and implementation terms are currently under finalization.


4. Finance & Commercial Structure (Subject to Final Contract)
• IT & Medical Supply Projects: Upon final contract execution, Apex One Services is entitled
to 10% to 30% for mobilizing funds, with final settlement expected within 30 to 45 days
upon project completion.
• Healthcare Manpower Supply: Commission expected at one (1) month salary per
deployed nurse as a minimum, with potential adjustment up to 1.5 months, subject to final
contract terms.


5. Banking & Financing Support (Confirmed)
• Apex One Services has received confirmation of financing support from Sohar
International Bank and Qatar National Bank (QNB) for the medical supply and IT projects.
• Financing support is based on the projects being government-linked under the
Department of Defense.
• Both banks have indicated no financing constraints should Apex One Services require
financial assistance for project execution, subject to standard banking documentation.
